  • Returns, Refunds & Warranty Policy

    1. Warranty Claims:

    • Return to Base (RTB) Warranty:
      • All warranties are Return to Base (RTB), meaning the customer is responsible for returning the item to us for inspection, repair, or replacement.
    • Warranty Process:
      • If you experience an issue covered by the warranty, please contact us via WhatsApp before returning the item. This helps us assess the issue and guide you through the next steps.
    • Postage Costs:
      • The customer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the issue is deemed a manufacturer fault or error on our part.

    2. 14-Day Return Policy (Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items):

    • Change of Mind / Incorrect Orders:
      • If you change your mind or ordered the wrong item, you can return the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.
      • The customer will cover all postage costs for return and re-delivery (if applicable).
    • Conditions for Returns:
      • Items must be returned in original packaging and in resellable condition. Products must be unused, with all accessories, manuals, or parts that were originally included. Any opened or used items may not be accepted.

    3. Laptop Battery Life:

    • No Warranty on Battery Life:
      • We do not provide warranty on laptop battery life. Battery performance is checked on arrival only.
    • Battery Issues:
      • If there are any battery-related issues, they must be reported immediately upon receiving the product. We do not cover long-term battery degradation after the 14-day return window.

    4. Condition of Returns:

    • Return Requirements:
      • All returned items must be in complete condition, with original packaging and all accessories.
      • Any signs of damage, tampering, or missing accessories may result in warranty refusal or a partial refund.

    5. Refund Processing:

    • Refund Timeline:
      • Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund within 4 days.
      • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
      • Please allow additional time for processing, depending on your payment provider.

    6. Damaged Parcels:

    • Damaged in Transit:
      • If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the damage and your order details.
      • If the product is faulty or damaged during transit, we will either:
        • Offer a replacement, or
        • Provide a full refund.
      • Postage for returning damaged items will be covered by us.

    7. How to Start a Return:

    • Contact Us:
      • To initiate a return or warranty claim, please contact us via WhatsApp with your order number, the reason for return, and photos if the item is faulty or damaged.

    Important Notice:

    • 14-Day Return Window: Please ensure that you return the product within 14 days of receiving it. After the 14-day period, returns or exchanges will not be accepted, except for faulty items covered by warranty.
    • Refund Processing Time: After we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 4 days to your original payment method.
    • Damaged Parcels: If your parcel is damaged during transit, please notify us immediately. We will either provide a replacement or a full refund and will cover the return postage costs.
